Polish investors waiting for offer

On June 11-13 the chief executive officers of Agroliga Group carried out several meetings with the representatives of polish investment funds, the specialists of the Polish State Depositary and the management of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The meetings took place during the largest conference of private investors of WallStreet carried out annually in Zakopane (Poland).

«During the meeting and upon its termination the negotiations took place with participation of the member of the Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Beata Yarosh, the Head of the Department of Business development in Central and Eastern Europe of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Emil Stempen and several investment funds of Poland. We saw interest in us both on the part of the representatives of the Exchange and on the part of the investors who expressed their readiness to purchase the stock of shares of the Group and are now in the stage of expectation for offer», - the General Director of Agroliga Group Aleksandr Berdnik says.
