At the end of June the negotiations took place in Warsaw between the management of Agroliga Group and Polish investment companies and with the Chairman of the Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Ludvik Sobolevskyy. «We attentively watch over preparation of Agroliga Group to IPO, since we are interested in attraction of such new company», – Mr. Sobolevskyy mentioned during the meeting. In his words, Agroliga is in the fair way to enter New Connect lead one year after IPO, and after the lapse of two years it is quite possible that the Group will enter the main platform of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

During the trip to Warsaw the chief executive officers of Agroliga Group came to the agreement with the management of the Exchange to arrange press conference for the journalists of polish mass media in order to give the presentation of the Company.
