Agroliga Group PLC will increase production efficiency
by 25 percent

The company will launch a second line of oil production

Warsaw, April 12th 2011, Cyprus based Agroliga Group PLC – holding company of Ukraine based producer of sunflower oil conducting also grain cultivation and cattle-breeding announced the signing of the contract with Izmail Machine-Assembly Plant company  for the purchase of modern equipment for refining of sunflower oil. Because of that, the company will increase  production capacity from an estimated 40 thousand tons per year to 50-55 thousand tones, so even  25 to 37 percent more. The contract value is EUR 200 thousand.

-„Starting the second line of oil production is one of the basic assumptions of Agroliga  Group's development strategy. We would like to start new season with the new devices. Therefore, in accordance with the signed contract, they will be delivered  and  installed before August 1 so that  the work on a second production line will be launched later this year. The installation process will take two - three months and during this time, company production will be stopped. However, we have enough supplies of oil, to ensure continued and uninterrupted supply to our customers at this time. Modernization of the machinery is undoubtedly necessary and will increase our production capacity, which which will have a positive impact on revenues. We are also going to purchase new accessories, which will additionally improve the work on the new machines."-  says Oleksander N. Berdnik, President of the Board of Directors of Agroliga Group PLC.

ORGANIC CROPS

At the beginning of March, Agroliga Group PLC has decided to implement to the program,  growing wheat, fertilizer, called CAS. It is a mixture of urea and ammonia, which accelerates the growth and maturation of crops without  polluting  the environment as traditional granular fertilizers. The introduction of CAS as a primary fertilizer will enable the Company to achieve a 30-40 per cent higher yields per year.

The group debuted on the 11^th February 2011 on the Warsaw Stock Exchange’s governed NewConnect market. Prior to that the Company conducted private placement from which it received EUR 1 million.
