Strategy

Strategy of the Group of Companies being implemented at the moment consists of three elements:

  • Intensive development of production, improvement of farming and productivity. For that purpose, Agroliga Group invested 300 thousand Euros into the park of machines, having renovated it by 80 % during the last 3 years. Investments into repairs and increase in granary, warehouses, and elevator capacity, as well as new agricultural technologies amount to more than 400 thousand Euros.

  • In addition to cultivation of agricultural plants, the Group of Companies was engaged in primary processing thereof. For that purpose, in the year 2009, the first stage of an oil mill with the capacity of 20 thousand tons per year was put into operation. It has been planned to launch the second stage, which will allow not only to process completely sunflower seed of one’s own production, but also to use resources of other agricultural enterprises. Besides it has been planned to install a line for oil bottling which will allow to create a complete cycle scheme: from sunflower cultivation to production of bottles sunflower-seed oil.

  • Development of a dairy farm as another major activity. For that purpose in 2008-2009, Agroliga Group started modernization of the farm, and the flock is being increased gradually. In 2010-2011, the farm will be re-equipped, which will allow the enterprise to become one of the largest milk manufacturers in the district.
